EICR + PAT Testing Packages

1-2 Bed flat/house - £130

3-4 Bed house - £200

5 Bed house - £280

Note: EICR prices assume a single consumer unit. Packages include up to 10 circuits for 1–4 bed properties, and up to 14 circuits for 5-bed houses.

All include up to 10 appliances for PAT Testing.

Additional circuits are charged at £10 each. Sub-boards are £45 (includes up to 4 circuits). Additional PAT items are £1.50 each

Socket Replacement (Inside)

£70 plus parts

Each additional socket swap £15 plus parts

Light Fitting/Switch Replacement (Inside)

£70 plus parts

Each additional light fitting/switch £20 plus parts

Downlights Replacement (up to 4)

External Lights and Sockets Replacement

£120 plus parts

Electrical Fault Finding & Diagnostics

£75 for the first hour (covers call-out, safety setup, and initial diagnostic testing)

£45 per hour for any subsequent investigative time required.

Note: We charge strictly for the time it takes to trace the electrical fault. Once the root issue is successfully located, we will provide a clear, fixed-price quote to repair it before any further work takes place.

Home Wi-Fi Surveys & Signal Optimisation

Home Wi-Fi Diagnostics & Survey – £100

Full physical property signal survey to identify dead zones and interference.

Includes a digital Wi-Fi Heat Map and a tailored optimisation report.

Hardware Installation & Extensions

Fixed-price quotes provided for running hardwired data cabling (Cat6/Cat6a), mounting internal/external Wireless Access Points, or configuring premium Mesh systems.

Note: The £100 survey fee is fully redeemable against our final project invoice if you choose us to supply and install your new network hardware.
